When creating an account, it is imperative that you furnish accurate and complete information. You are obligated to safeguard the confidentiality of your account and password. Promptly inform us of any unauthorised use of your account.

Upon initial registration, each tenant is granted a one-month free trial period with unlimited allocation of resources. During this trial period, users can explore the full spectrum of our services without any charges. At the conclusion of the trial period, tenants have two options:

If a tenant does not actively select a premium paid subscription plan by the end of the trial period, they will be automatically switched to the free plan with limited allocation.

You commit to utilising the Service in adherence to all relevant laws and regulations. Participation in any illegal or unauthorised activities is strictly prohibited.

IKtech Limited owns the Service along with its original content, features, and functionality, all safeguarded by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Your access to the Service is governed by the chosen pricing plan. Upon purchasing a paid subscription, you authorise us or our third-party payment processor to charge you for the Service. By providing payment methods, you affirm and warrant that you have the legal right to use them.

All fees are stated and exclusively paid in Euros unless otherwise specified during the payment process. It's important to note that fees do not encompass taxes, and you agree to pay value-added tax if you are based in the European Union.

Failure to remit the full amount may result in limitations on your access to the Service. Subscription pricing plans involve recurring monthly fees, and while our fees are subject to change, we will notify you before implementing any adjustments.

By accepting these Terms and purchasing a Subscription, you acknowledge the recurring payment features of your subscription and assume responsibility for all recurring payment obligations until the subscription is canceled by either party. Our third-party payment processor will automatically charge you every month on the calendar day corresponding to the start of your Subscription, using the provided payment information.

Your subscription remains active until canceled by you or until we terminate your access to the service. Cancellation, when initiated, takes effect at the end of the ongoing Subscription period, and no refunds will be issued for the current subscription period at the time of cancellation.

In the event of any loss or corruption of data associated with the Subscription, IKtech Limited will exert reasonable efforts to restore the lost or corrupted data. However, IKtech Limited shall not be held responsible for any loss, destruction, alteration, unauthorised disclosure, or corruption of data.

We provide no warranty that the Services will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis. There is no warranty regarding the quality, accuracy, timeliness, truthfulness, completeness, or reliability of any Services, and we make no guarantees concerning data retention or preservation.

The Services are provided "AS-IS," without warranty of any kind. WE EXPLICITLY DISCLAIM ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF THE COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IKtech Limited, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any claims, disputes, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, and costs and expenses, including reasonable legal and accounting fees. This indemnification is related to your access to or use of the Services or any violation of these Terms.

NEITHER IKTECH LIMITED NOR ANY OTHER PARTY INVOLVED IN CREATING, PRODUCING, OR DELIVERING THE SERVICES WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA OR GOODWILL, SERVICE INTERRUPTION, COMPUTER DAMAGE, SYSTEM FAILURE, OR THE COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), PRODUCT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT IKTECH LIMITED HAS BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

We retain the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service without prior notice, for any reason.
